Ashley's Top 5 YouTube Fitness Channels That Will Have You Snatched by Summer '16

As you all know I struggle when it comes to going to the gym. Though I don’t go to the gym as often as I should (I've actually gotten a little better) I still try to get workouts in when I am at home. On the days when I am working out at home, YouTube is my best friend. There are tons of fitness channels with amazing workouts. Check out my favorite channels below!

POPSUGAR Fitness:

POPSUGAR Fitness has awesome workouts, often instructed by celebrity trainers. Workouts range from 10 minutes to 40 minutes. If you don't have much time on your hands but want to get a quick effective workout in, this is the channel for you.

HangTightwMarC: 

HangTightwMarC is a great channel for those who love variety. MarC has videos dedicated to strength training, cardio and yoga. My favorite thing about this channel is the exercise library. She shows various exercises that allows viewers to create their own workout!

Fitness Blender:

If you're obsessed with calories Fitness Blender is the channel for you. When I work out at the gym I always look at the amount of calories burned. Fitness Blender provides the time as well as estimated calories burned, which makes me miss the equipment at the gym a little less.

superherofitnesstv:

Theres nothing I hate more than a boring workout. I have the most fun when watching superherofitnesstv. Keaira LaShae's dance workouts are amazing. You will honestly feel like you are out dancing in the club with your girls while getting a great workout!

blogilates:

Blogilates has so many great workouts dedicated to practically every part of the body.  There are various series which make it super easy to create a workout that is best for you. Additionally, if you are the type of person who needs a little extra push, instructor Cassey Ho will give it to you. Cassey motivates her viewers to keep going until the end which is the icing on the cake.
