Ashley's Favorite Infused Water Recipes

Of all the things we can do to remain healthy, drinking water should be the easiest of them all. However, it is easier said than done. I try to drink at least four bottles of water per day (32 oz. Gatorade bottle) but most days, I fail miserably. In an effort to increase my water intake I usually add fruits to my water to add a little flavor. Not only does adding fruits improve the taste (0r lack thereof) of water, it also has adds nutritional value!
